Glass Gongfu Cha Teacup
The form follows the function of this traditional oolong serving teacup. It's clear so you can really see the tea leaves.... ideal for oolong, but also great for green tea pearls or
other large-leaf varieties. After you put the tea into the cup, add hot water, then pour that first stepping out
after 30-90 seconds (depending on how much you want to decaffeinate); hold the lid slightly off center to pour. Then refill with hot water and pour 4-6 steepings into two to four small cups.
