Wholesale and Distribution Info
Our distribution areas currently cover the western states as we expand eastward. Stores outside our distribution area receive tea via UPS delivery.
Distribution & Packaging
Cases are six-packs in masters of 24. Our tea containers are uniform in size, but since this is real tea, they vary in weight and price.
We deliver through distribution channels to California, Oregon, Arizona and Nevada.
Store Return Policy
Our unconditional money-back guarantee applies to every store sale as well; all teas are guaranteed to delight and guaranteed fresh.
Freshness Policy
Freshness is the key to flavor and potency. Our tea containers include Best By dates, and we guarantee freshness for up to 12 months past the ate noted if unopened. If any teas your stores carry
get close to the freshness date marked on the package, we will accept return with no charge, and we'll replace it with newer tea.
Our main products (shown below) are available at wholesale prices for stores; our gift items are sold online only and are not generally available at wholesale.
